This project was the result of an unfortunate fire. While having the home cleaned in preparation for a graduation party, one of the cleaners tossed a lit cigarette outside by the deck. The deck caught fire which spread to the family room of the home.
The homeowner used the this as an opportunity to make some changes to home. The family room and deck areas were completely redone. This project included Andersen windows, cedar siding, cedar shake roof, IPE decking, Atlantis cable rail system, Custom aluminum trellis and a misting system to keep the Pavilion cool during the summer months. The Pavilion is wrapped in Azek maintenance free material and includes a pine tongue and groove ceiling.
